This is a long-time-coming website. I have been thinking about getting this website working and I wanted to make sure it was perfect before I made any content. I want to make sure my main niche for this website was what I wanted it to be. Thanks, Wealthy Affiliate for helping me get here. This tab will be about health.
Healthy Living and having a Healthy Lifestyle and doing Healthy things for yourself and for your family.
I wanted to tie in Healthy Food to this website because we all want to live a healthy lifestyle, right?
But in order to live a healthy lifestyle, we have to make sure we are eating the right foods and snacks. Drinking water and keeping our bodies hydrated. And if we do need to drink alcohol (in moderation, of course!) we do it so we don’t harm ourselves and others in the process of being healthy.
I also know that in order for us to make sure we are eating healthy, we sometimes need a cheat day to still enjoy all the savory and naughty foods we love to eat, but still sticking out on the rest of the days with healthy eating habits.
Then after we had our delicious meals and rest our stomachs, we can exercise and work out to keep our bodies in fit shape. I know we try our best to stay active as much as we can. And every little bit helps, for example, walking to the grocery store might seem hard for us but just imagine the number of calories you could burn by doing this. Maybe once or twice a week.
Don’t get me wrong, if you live 5 miles away from the nearest grocery store and you have a bad knee, please do not walk to the grocery store once a week. Maybe walk around your house or your neighborhood a couple of days a week. And I know there are lots of parents out there who do exercise by chasing after their keikis every day.
There are many things we can do as a group to make sure we are eating healthy, living a healthy lifestyle, and staying healthy.
Everyone does healthy differently. I for one, am not as healthy as I would like to be, but I do my exercise in from of the television with Jumba Korean and Jay when I get up early enough. I may not have a reason why I don’t exercise as much, and I know I should do so more often, while my counterpart has no problem exercising four or five times a week with a set number of exercises done each time.
I hope this website will be a resource for you to come and enjoy what I have discovered along my path to better health.
I plan to include beauty and health reviews, health and fitness products that can help me and others on their journey to better health. I also want to review some fitness programs and restaurants I have tried or plan to try.
